The landA south-facing shoulder above the valley is bought from three farming families, with the condition that the meadow stays a meadow.
2021
The longhouseReclaimed larch from two barns becomes the spine of the dining hall. No tree on the ridge was felled.
2023
The waterA spring is tapped at 1,740 metres. The pools are heated by the kitchen's own waste warmth.
